Details about the order/download process:

The payment process itself is handled by SWREG/Atlantic Coast
in a very safe and efficient way - they have
been faultlessly handling millions
of Internet Payments since 1987.

If you have made up your mind to make an order,
just click the "Buy Now" button.
Follow the SWREG dialogue - there are ample choices
offered to you - no need to hurry.

After a successful purchase you will see a window
with download data (download location, user name and password) -
additionally, a mail containing the same data is also
sent to your email address.

Please take note of the data and then go to the specified url,
enter the data (copy and paste rather than type).
For security reasons, the data may have to be entered twice.
After this authentification, simply download the file(s)
of your format preference, and more if you want.

Internet itself may cause download slowdowns by sheer lack of speed,
but several download attempts are allowed
and if in doubt please contact support -
we will make very sure that you get your files safely.

You may need "Winzip" or a similar tool (free) for decoding
the files which are encrypted and "zipped" for faster download.

The purchase-and-download process is really pretty simple
and usually takes just 5 minutes (except for very large files),
the password dialogue may in certain situations be hindered by
a personal firewall, overly secure browser settings
or too much ongoing internet traffic.

Any problems that might arise can be resolved by our mail support,
in case of need we will be getting back to you *ASAP*
(certainly within a couple of hours).

Rights, license, and royalties :

You donīt have to pay any further royalties once you have bought a model.

Models may not be passed on to third parties as 3d files, but the animations
and pictures or any other 2-d-product are yours and can be freely used
to any ends and by any means, commercial or private.
A 3d model may NOT be resold, lent or in any other way passed on,
it is licensed to you alone and like a credit card it is not transferable -
please mind that it cannot be sold as a "used item", either.
Misuse of our copyrighted content is a criminal offense
and will definitely be prosecuted.

Game developers : all is well as long as *no one* with just normal wits and
only average criminal energy can extract the models
from your application and reuse them,
so convincingly discourage these people
and serenity will be among us.
